Proof That The Lasch Building Incident of 2001 Was Made Up About Sandusky. by Don Robbins

       How can it be proven that the prosecution made up the 2001 Lasch building incident story? The story where they said that Sandusky was seen in a shower room AT 9:30 at night with a child and was acting in a strange manner?  Seen by assistant coach Mike McQueary, who reported the incident to Coach Paterno.

   It can be proven by finding the actual source of the information that related to the incident. Such as- the time of the incident, actual incident: 9:30 AM not PM.
   The location of the actual incident: the Morgan building, not the Lasch building.

    Knowing where the record of the incident was and could be found. In Paterno's logbook. And a type written paper in Schultz' office.

    How did I know about these things? How did I know there was a report about the 2001 incident at the Morgan building? How did I know there was a report on a typed paper about the incident? BECAUSE I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED.

   I was in the office in the Morgan building when  Coach Paterno wrote the notes on the incident into his logbook. (The office in the Morgan building.) There was a report that could be found. In the logbook.

   I was in the same office when a student typed the other recording of the incident on a paper.

   I was in the locker room with two assistant coaches, and three other people. One woman- her husband and another man. Everyone in the locker room at the time, heard the screams that sounded like the voices were coming from the shower room. Upon inspection, ten seconds after hearing the screaming, and guttural language, the shower room was checked by the coaches, and then by the other men. No one saw any persons in the shower room. There were only sounds. It sounded real, but there were no people in the shower room.

   That incident was reported and then forgotten about. There were only voices.

    The reports were there in the offices. The report was in Paterno's logbook. Over a long time people forgot about the incident.
     I think someone found the logbook report and then the report like it in Schultz' office. The information was extracted and the screaming sounds were mentioned in the claims by the prosecution about the Lasch building incident.
    The actual incident was never mentioned. But I knew the information they used to describe the Lasch building incident was from the Morgan building incident. I knew they were either wrong and mistaken about the sources of the 2001 information, or they made up a story and used the Morgan building incident information to try and prove their story about the Lasch building.

    There was only one incident in 2001. It had to be the Lasch building shower room at 9:30 PM. Or it had to be the Morgan building incident at 9:30 AM. I knew there were reports to prove the Morgan building incident. But there was no reports to prove the Lasch building story, that the prosecution made up.

    The Morgan building incident information source was covered by the prosecution. No one remembered the incident. (But I did.) The prosecutors kept claiming the Lasch building incident happened and that  they had proof that it happened in 2001. But they never showed any proof.

  If the Morgan building incident reports came out -their story wouldn't hold up. If the actual proof of the Morgan building incident came out by the discovery of the Paterno  logbook entry, or the report in Schultz' office, then the charges against the officials and the indictment of the school by the NCAA would have automatically been dropped.

    The original charges against Sandusky would have been dropped.

     "Stay with me now."  OK, listen. If the story about the Lasch building incident from 2001 was made up and there was no actual incident, then the witness also made up a similar story about the Lasch building incident.  And, the testimony should have been stricken. Agreed?
    
      So now we know the witness not only lied about the Lasch building incident, ( the year and about Sandusky,) but we also know that because of the like stories between the witness and the prosecution, that the witness had to have been coached on what testimony to give.

   Therefor we know that the prosecution clearly framed Sandusky.

   The information on the Morgan building incident hasn't came out, yet, but it is there. In the logbook of Paterno from January or February of 2001. And on the paper in Schultz' office. But I also say that the I know the incident happened because I was there.
