"Deeper Than What Is Publically Known, So Far" NCAA emails- Freeh Information 2001- Possible Video Tapes.

They, the NCAA  had the ability to check the validity of the 2001 information and for some unknown reason they dee-idi-udn't  (Like Lana.)
I wander why? Instead they wanted to take the INVESTIGATORS AND PROSECUTORS WORD FOR EVERYTHING AND AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND RAIL AGAINST JERRY SANDUSKY.
AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID.

The other side of the investigations knew that the NCAA was talking to the prosecution, Grand Jury, Kelly, Freeh. The information that was shared with the NCAA  was off the record. The court hasn't started, so the determination on what information was shared before the NCAA charged the school and officials isn't known yet.

From article:/NCAA emails Inspire Outrage   PS4RS Co-Founder Elizabeth Morgan says in a statement. "Every sitting member of the Board of Trustees from November 2011, as well as those members of the Board of Trustees involved in any way in the University’s acceptance of the wholly illegal NCAA sanctions, must resign immediately from the Board.

What I'm saying here is that I think the Freeh investigators or prosecution showed the NCAA officials information from 2001- (falsified it) and told them that it was evidence against Gerald Sandusky. That is besides the information that was in the Freeh report.

It is known that information from the Freeh report was shared through email with the NCAA. But did the NCAA act on the Freeh report alone in deciding to fine the school?

The NCAA has declined to offer to release the information on the emails to be inspected by other elements involved in defense of the officials and school.

Although I think the important question is whether or not information that was falsified by investigators, and prosecutors, was shared with the NCAA. And if the NCAA officials used falsified information to assess the overall situation and make their decision, before the court was finished with it's determination on the matter.
*Acting in part as a legal authority.

Ultimately, considering the fact that there was a video tape made that depicted Sandusky in a defaming way, was the tape shown to NCAA officials who believed the video to be evidence against Sandusky? And if so, was the video tape also used as a validation of the guilt by the prosecution?

Were tapes also not released, tapes that proved there was a Sandusky imposter purposely trying to frame Sandusky as a child molester? Did the prosecution know of the attempted framing and did they know of the tapes?

The facts -about the video tapes- goes deeper than what is publically known, so far.
