Revised Post- Is There A Connection Between Ray Gricar Missing And the Pizza Bomber Bank Robbery Case?

                     Is this the bomb collar that Brian wells wore ? This collar looks like the device. It is the same color as the Pig Farmers devices. 

  
 Ray Gricar still missing  From April 2005. (District Attorney Centre County, Pennsylvania) saw a collar that looked like this, in a house in Erie Pennsylvania while visiting people there including Brian Wells and people who knew Brian. 
 Also in the house was Marjorie Diehl, and Brian Wells girlfriend and other people. This was before Brian Wells was murdered in Erie Pennsylvania in 2003. See Brian Wells murder. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Brian_Wells
    Marjorie Diehl was in the house when Gricar saw the collar. 
   This type collar was used by the Pig Farmer killer to control his victims on his farm. There was no timers on the collars that the Pig Farmer used, The Pig Farmer collars were detonated by remote control.
   I believe that Bill Rothstein, a friend and ex lover of Marjorie Diehl,  may have gotten the collar and bomb device from the property of the Pig Farmer. I doubt that Rothstein made the device in his kitchen, like he claimed in the documentary, "Evil Genius". On Netflix.  I believe Marjorie Diehl and Rothstein were associated with the Pig Farmer killer. (Not the serial killer from Canada.)
    
  I don't think the bomb that Brian Wells was wearing was set off by a timer. I believe it was set off by remote control.
