There was no procedures. No law. No attempt to find out who they were. American or otherwise. By the federal government during the the Obama administration. No investigations. Bodies were not given autopsies while being handled by the authorities. Remains were undocumented.
Placed into mass graves in county grave yards and dirt pushed on top of the bodies and left there. This is what the government advised the counties to do with the dead bodies of immigrants and unknown people found in their counties.

In this video it shows a relationship between the border patrol station and the migrants route around the station to avoid detection. The area is very hot and many do not know how far they have to go. Crossing the vast distances on foot in the heat without enough water results in dehydration.
It seems that the videos of the live exhumations of mass graves in many area in south Texas cannot be found. No doubt because of Obama covering his tracks.
If you never see the videos, they were about people who dug up graves in counties, not just one county, in south Texas, many on the border. The graves contained unknown people who were buried in mass graves. The counties were responsible for the bodies to be buried. The government did nothing to investigate the remains. The order was to place the bodies in unmarked graves in county grave yards at the expense of the counties.
In calls for help in the counties to deal with the problem of burial and autopsy expenses and investigations, the Obama administration refused to cooperate with counties in any way. No money - no workers.
The videos made by university departments and volunteers who dug up remains in county grave yards are no where to be found. The graves are still being exhumed. There are more graves than just the graves on Brooks county.
It seems as though a monumental job has been done to downplay the Obama administration's role in this matter. This circumstance happened during the Obama Presidency, period.
The Democrats sales pitch is always the same: "If we have open borders things like this will not happen, so, therefore we should have open borders.".
Let's not play games with peoples lives, OK?
