NET NUTRALITY- EXPLANATIONS- THEORY- ISP's

ISP's stands for : (Internet Service Providers)

-----> Data stream. Log on through the provider.---> See data. (Information) "That's basically how it works."

Create data. Hold data. Move data from one place to another.  Like pictures, words, emails. Files hold the information.
-----____ Electronic signals carry the data. The signals go over a wire. A broadband.

The broadband providers want more money to provide higher quality service -for a fee- to certain companies. More money would be charged to Facebook, let's say, for an example, so that certain customers could get faster service from Facebook. The other customers would be sectioned out into a slower service group. This would lead to unfair practices and would be an enormous advantage to the largest and wealthiest ISP's.

Being blocked from access to a site.
Slowing sites down to create artificial competition. Favoring one over the other. Like discrimination in race or religion.
     Creating an unequal playing field.

Well, I think the answer is: If the ISP's want to create their own private web, then they can have more control over the data. And they can sell access to their custom web internet. Having some access to free data or shared data could help in that.
With moderate regulations, and FCC oversight.

The public internet should operate in net neutrality with the three main regulations implemented as consumer protections and  some guarantee of fairness.

Don't be embarrassed if you don't have a full understanding of all the topics in Net Neutrality. No one does, really.
An ISP' cloud to network services apart from the public domain of the internet is probably the best idea for them.

Also, they need to replace the HUB servers.
