How can the Presidents executive actions be consistent with the law; if he himself is not consistent with the law?

Government actions slowed down the economy in the first place. Government actions, (like the bail outs) did not rev up the economy.
Obama's policies were in no way productive in job growth or economic growth.
Medical costs have risen, but cuts to seniors and disability care have offset the costs. That's like Mr. Potter in "A Wonderful Life" raising the rent on the poorest people to get votes from those who are better off.
Raise the slum rent costs to shave off a percent to the rich so they buy houses in Pottersville. That's not economic revitalization, that's economic tyranny.
Eventually, the American economy would rebound, (no thanks to Obama) but does he have to take credit for anything?
Medical coverage from cheap insurance policies is not expanding medical care, it's just giving more people oatmeal for their school lunches and calling it health food.
I don't think Obama is the false prophet or the Beast, but I do think he would make a government mandate to force people to accept the mark of the beast and then call it progress.
