A Breif Of What Needs To Be Understood Before Immigration Reform Can Work- More Obama Cover Ups.

   How much information did the White House have on the deaths in south Texas? And in consideration of the discoveries of mass graves, was information shared about how many Americans were suspected to have been victimized? 

   Were federal authorities kept from investigating the missing and exploited children from across the Southern Texas  boarder? How much did Obama know about the deaths?

    Is "amnesty" just a way to transfer the overall problem into someone else's back yard?

Summary of Key Recommendations At the local level:   Establish protocols that comply with state law on DNA testing and on entering relevant data into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) database.   Ensure collection, transportation, and storage of DNA samples for all unidentified remains.  Promote humanitarian response to border deaths through seeking broad-based community involvement in assistance to migrants and search and rescue efforts.     
At the state level:  Ensure county compliance with Texas state law in carrying out DNA testing and entering relevant information into missing persons database; establish a state fund to support such compliance.   Support efforts by local authorities to prevent deaths and identify remains.  
At the federal level:  Prioritize immigration reform that supports family reunification.  Enact moratorium on deportations and detentions of low priority cases  Prioritize respect for human rights of all border communities in border security policies.  Fund transportation and processing of unidentified remains.    Support installation of water drums and rescue beacons.  Establish a search and rescue group independent of U.S. Border Patrol and its enforcement efforts.

  *Proper procedures were not followed by the federal government or the Obama administration  in any of these areas mentioned above. Amnesty does not solve this overall problem.

   This is  a great embarrassment to the Obama administration. His primary concern is to pass blame on the Republicans and pass the buck on the responsibilities his office has ignored.
