Moral Dictators In The NCAA and Sports Franchises- (ZOMBIE Pole Dancer) pic

Discrimination isn't legal (doesn't become legal) because someone makes up their own laws. Sports franchises should not have the right to judge people outside of the law or take actions against anyone based on a personal viewpoint or opinion. (Viewpoints of people in the organization.)

The NCAA, in the Penn State Case, is a perfect example of an organization acting on it's own merits and accusing people without legal proof of crimes committed.

These actions can be used to manipulate compliance with discriminating practices. It is possible that collusion on the part of the prosecution and NCAA occurred. And an actual cover up happened in the case of Steinbrenner making videos in the shower room in 1998. As an example.

Playing the role of moral dictators can lead to discrimination being hidden behind such actions.

Actions of discipline ordered by officials should be associated with the legal aspects of actions on the part of individuals accused. Not opinions or personal feeling in such matters.

It is clear the man's girlfriend came at him in a threatening manner and he responded in reflex. There was no premeditation in actions.
