Intrvention Is The Answer-Not More Useless Gun Control-Americans Need More Protection Not Less

Feeling guilty about your personal political viewpoints on gun control, that help to influence actions that lead to a no response to situations like Rogers, doesn't help matters.
Using tragedy to promote ideas in politics is not respectful to the victims. (As in the California shooting for example.)
Community involvement and cooperation with authorities in these matters is the way to deal with individuals that are a danger to the public. Not trying to use the unnecessary shooting by a deranged, mentally ill individual, to gain support to for a policy that strips rights away from good American people who have the right to protect themselves with fire arms. The need is for more protection, not less.
If the police had the right to intervene, they would have. If they did, the shooting probably wouldn't have happened. The right of intervention is the answer, not gun control.
