Buffett wants to forgive and forget Bank of America blunder
Bank of America never paid out the billions owed to customers, after the court ordered them to pay back customers after losing the overdraft lawsuit.
Now they are dropping accounts. The banks they informed me of, that would be taking over my account, claimed they had no such plans. I'm in Oklahoma. The banks are in Kansas. The closest bank is nearly 75 miles away. (There are 4 banks in this town I live in in Oklahoma,) Why couldn't they just transfer the accounts to one of the banks here?
Are they trying to shaft us customers on the overdraft deal?
