We Can Afford 15 Billion On Foreign Aid-

  I believe the United States can afford 15 billion to help in humanitarian aid to the world. If the funds are handled properly.
   We also need to concentrate more on basic medical needs in third world countries. Water and sanitation projects are also necessary more at this time.
   More food to starving people would be a great Christmas gift to the needy in remote and war torn regions.
