Isralies Told To Bury People In Tulsa?

  Let's say that vestments and vessels were brought to the Tulsa area by a religouss group from Europe in about 1700.

   "Why?"

   When did God tell the Isralies to bring their dead to the Tulsa area to be buried? In 1700?
 Before 1700? 

Is that the reason the vestments and vessels required for the establishment of sanctuary were brought here?
