Did investigators and prosecutors see a video tape and believe it was a tape made of Sandusky in a shower room with a child in 1998?
Right now. Today, that's what we want to know. Did they take the video tape and show the NCAA the tape?

Was the video tape what convinced the NCAA that there was a cover up?
