Hitting is considered assault. Spitting is considered assault. Verbal attacks can be called abuse. Even assaults.
Two wrongs don't make a witch hunt. End of story.
The first tape that was shown on the internet was subdued and grainy. There is no way someone could tell it was Mr. R on the tape.
Was the tape a dramatization of the events in the elevator? Was there a fake tape? (To begin with.)
Is it the Commissioners job to analyze the tape and look into the legal matter of the possibility of abuse and then make a determination on the case? Should the determination be based on his personal opinion, political favors, discrimination, whether or not he likes the guy personally? Or something like that?
