You know that the mind can produce images-and you can control the images to a certain level. Now; Let's say that the spirit, like the mind, has a consciousness.
1.A spiritual mind.
2.A soul brain.
It is true, that as a soul, (for example) -walking around outside of your body, that you can think. You can react to the environment. Even if the environment in the physical realm of existence cannot see you, as a soul, you can see the environment. Like the child seeing his father, but the father being unaware. Calling out, but the father not being able to hear. Falling behind, even though the child wants to walk away from the hospital with his father, he can't. There are reasons that he can't, but no one knows all of the mysteries of the spirit. God knows.
So therefor, like the mind of the physical body, the spirit has it's own intelligence. A copy of the physical body in spiritual form has a mind of its own. And the desires of the spirit may be somewhat different than the desires of the physical body-person. The needs of the spirit may outweigh the needs of the flesh. It is my belief that people should care for their spiritual needs as well as their physical desires.
In my existence, I could truthfully say that the flesh has no needs, only desires. And the spirit has needs, but the main need is to be one with the love and spirit of their spiritual father in heaven.
Thus; The society of Heaven. In Heaven. And the process of life in the physical universe that the spirit grows in and is nurtured by the love of God and grows in spiritual awakening.
