Obamacare specifically states that there is implementation of the implantable devices that are category 2 devices. 
   It seems that the writers of Obamacare (Affordable Health Care act) were thinking about mandating the implants in certain patients, possibly beginning with elderly, dementia, patients and certain mental health care patients.
   In the Obamacare doctrine it states that the Secretary of State will make the necessary decisions on these matters.
    There are also other officials, including Generals, who are given tasks to looking after the heath care of people in the system. Sort of like Martial Law of medical care.
     Information that is called necessary or life saving is the excuse. The excuse for implants.
     Whatever information the Secretary says is to be on the readable chip will be on the chip. Regardless of the type of information.
   If your bank account information is necessary according to the Secretary, then it will be mandated to be on the data on the chip.   This also gives them the right to gather
information on you from anywhere.
   This means classification.
