This copy of a post is to bring attention to the gross injustice that occurred at Penn State and towards Jerry Sandusky who was framed and set up.
{ Sinister elements are involved, yes, that is true, in this case, but the villains were not Sandusky and Penn State officials.

McQueary Testimony- 2001 Falsified Information (Evidence)- Evidence in Court-Conspiracy
The information from the actual 2001 incident was used to fabricate a story about Jerry Sandusky.
The 2001 incident information was used as false evidence in a made up version of the 2002 incident.
The prosecutors claimed that the 2002 incident was actually in 2001.
McQueary did claim to see Sandusky in the shower room at Penn State in 2002 in the Lasch facility.
He later changed his mind and agreed with the prosecution that the incident happened in 2001 and not 2002.
The prosecutors took the information and added Sandusky's name to it. They stacked the testimony of McQueary on top of the false 2001 incident information. They also claimed in court that McQueary heard sounds of an assault before he entered the shower room. (McQueary denied it)
The prosecuting attorney claimed that there were sounds coming from the shower room before McQueary walked in and saw Sandusky with a child. (That wasn't true)
Once the prosecutor claimed it in court it automatically became evidence introduced without objection in the court.
The prosecutors knew the 2001 information was about another incident but used it to convince people that it pertained to Sandusky, in order to implicate him. (That, of course, is very illegal.)
