Covenant Food Recipe #1

Ingredients:   
Bran flakes
Raisins
Skim Milk- Or low fat milk
Added raisins!

   Place flakes in bowl. Pour milk over flakes. Add raisins!
Raisins can be heated up in seperate heating pan with water to soften. That's the way I doed it. Sometimes. Dode it. Dond it. Dooned it. 
  And then pray before bedtime. 
Or, if it's morning and you eat bran flakes in the morning, that's fine. Bran flakes are good anytime!
  And you can add some sugar too.
